I had tried following item at festival Along with TGKF’s signature kababs Galouti and Mutton Seekh Kabab, savour the Patrani Machhi, Prawn Koliwada, Ankoorit moong Tikka, Bharwan Aloo, Jodhpuri Mirch Vada.

Wheres we ended our Gatronomic Journey with Sweet notes include Mawa Kachori, Dal aur Gur ka Seera, Motichoor Rabri ka Sangam. All dessert were Extraordinary.
It is my second visit to any of Kabab Factory outlet previously I joined its Hyderabadi Festival at Mahipalpur. I have found that All the Kabab Factory has similar ambience and interiors.
Considered one of the city’s finest Indian restaurants, The Great Kabab Factory is also the only kabab eatery with exclusive vegetarian and non-vegetarian kitchens. The cuisine is a divine medley of authentic and contemporary recipes, garnished in India’s exotic spice repertoire. Clearly, the TGKF chefs take their kababs very seriously. So there was bound to be a few food stops when they decided to take a road trip from Delhi to Mumbai via Rajasthan. Thankfully, they brought back souvenirs for the rest of us.
