After catering its customer in Select city walk, Yum Yum Cha Start feeding its customer to cyber hub, yes recently Yum Yum Cha Started its new bistro in Cyber Hub Gurgaon (Gurugram), It is the mid range food joint located in the cyber hub but sitting arrangement to restaurant theme has been executed in very artfully mannered. Natural Light and Bright color has been used to explore the Japanese theme.

Origami artwork is basic theme of this 40+ sitting restaurant. It can be spot anywhere either outdoor or indoor executed in paperoid metal brightly painted. Origami is installed everywhere ceiling, pots and even on staff uniforms and napkins as embroidered motifs.

 The best part about Yum Yum Cha is the food and kudos to Varun Tuli and Prarthana Tuli to have managed the feat of making a one-of-a-kind menu and executing it to perfection in a diminutive kitchen.

After reviewing their menu, I just came to know that it offers a wide range of Japanese sushi and Sashimi and Dimsum across the Delhi and NCR.

On the table– The four sauces—Thick Sweet Soya, Crunchy Chilli Oil, Fresh Chilli and Lemon-Jaggery served at the table.  We have ordered couple of drinks – Fun Bottle with starters.

Drinks- The Fun Bottles

The drinks Were very commonplace, We tried the much-touted Fun Bottles of Black Magic (Coke mixed with ginger, mint, lime), the Thai Orange and Kafir lime (Orange juice with sliced orange, ginger and limegrass), Green Apple (Green Apple Juice served with Sliced Green apple) Watermelon and Mint (Watermelon Juice served with mint and scoop of watermelon) served in glass milk bottles.  All were little diluted so missed the original taste and flavor but I am happy to report that presentation and quality were good but it should be improved.

Enoki Tempura (Enoki mushroom Tempura cucumber, mayo, tuffle oil) Vegetarian Crispy Deep Fried  Enoki Mushrooms with Teriyaki Sauce over Rice and black sesame Seed. Presentation part was excellent.


Hotate Mentayaki (Scallop, cod, roe, and mayo): It is one of most popular Japanese cuisine and great appetizer – It’s actually grilled scallops with cheese and cod roe and glazed with mayo – presentation part was again excellent and has very good appetizer for any Japanese cuisine lover.



Chicken Sausage bun– The gorgeous steamed buns were delicious with leftover barbecued chicken pcs inside the bun. We also ordered its vegetarian part which is Spicy Veg Bao.


Spicy Veg Bao– Vegetable spicy BBQ sauce steamed buns with glazed with vegetables.


Sizzling Noodles

Soy and Garlic– We opted its Vegetarian part which is consists of an array of tossed vegetables such as Mushroom,chives,corn,Tofu,Peppers, it was served on hot sizzlers plate and again presentation to quality was top notch.


Highly Recommended – Dessert

The Mochi ice cream on a mainstream menu in India for the first time was the amazing dessert of the day. It is available in five fruity flavours, it comes wrapped in a soft shell made of sticky rice flour. We tried the Mango and Blackberry ice cream, both were excellent. Moderately sweet, wonderfully cold, and the mochi case wasn’t over-chewy.


Newyork Cheese cake served with Mango pulp- It was rich creamy smooth, dense and delicious.



They were polite, welcoming and very attentive even they had good information about dishes.
