Kashmiri Kabab (Non Veg) Highly Recommended
It is a popular Mutton dish in Jammu & Kashmir State. People love to east either as Starter or as Meal with bread or rice. It had an aromatic flavor and was delicious too. One can easily distinguish between the types of spices.
Afgani Murg (Non Veg) Highly Recommended
It is Muglai dish and was in rice in texture and taste. A juicy grilled marinade chicken is served with little creamy curry. I recommend try with Roomali roti.
Rogan Josh (Non Veg) : That Red color delicious mutton curry is perhaps the most famous of Kashmiri delight. Slow cooked Meat had loads of flavour but not recommended to health conscious people as it is full of ghee, which is part of their tradition.
Murg Lababdaar ( Non Veg): Highly Recommended
Muglai dish: A creamy chicken curry from the royal kitchen of Hyderabad It was full of texture and flavour of cream, cashew, onion and Yogurt.
Tamatar Chaman (Veg): it is popular delicacy directly of Kashmiri cuisine, in which Paneer Pcs are dipped in slow cooked gravy of tomato, I will recommend to everyone , it is also good option for vegetarian.
Khattey Baingan (Veg): it is another popular kashmiri delight (it is also consider that it is Hyderabadi cuisine) Brinjal prepared with tamarind gravy to give a tangy , spicy and sour taste.
