The city outlet of The grills King Located at MG Road, inside the MGF Metropolitan Mall, accommodates upto 60+ people and has a bright interior with decently spaced tables designed for families and get-togethers that highlights the concept of ‘bonding over food’.
While it boasts of a delectable buffet spread, what makes that outlet different from its similar niche is the emphasis on local flavours. “While Grills King is an Amazing concept, we want to bring in spices and flavours from the various parts of India. Our idea here is to create a spread that also includes the local delicacies such as Afghani, Asian Fusion, Brunch, Diners, Indian/Pakistani, Middle Eastern and Vegetarian. With a buffet spread every day, we are rotating the menu every week in the dessert sections,” says Celebrity Corporate chef Vijay Kumar Sharma. Before Joining the Grills King he has worked with renowned Hotel and restaurant mainly The Pllazio Hotel, Jaypee Hotels, Davanam Sarover portico suite, Tribe Brunch & Bar and his culinary shows already broadcasted on Several TV Channels and in Print Media.

A live counter is a part of the buffet every day. “Every day we serve street food, pasta, Chinese dim sums and Pizza counters. Healthy options like salads apart, whether our guest are children, any allergen person or any pure vegetarian we will have a special menu for them,” says Vijay.
The menu is vast. Apart from the unlimited live grilled kebabs, our buffet spread had two varieties of soups – with vegetarian soup and non vegetarian soup.
In the main course, there was Dum ka Murgh, Arabian Delicacy Dajaj Al Tahini, Rara Gosht Masala, Hyderabadi Murgh Biryani served in Brass Pot, Chicken Chili Mastard Sauce, Filet of Fish in marinara Sauce, Sliced Fish in Olive Butter Sauce, while the vegetarian section had Daal Makhni, Rajmah Rasila, Satrangi Pulow, Bhindi Do Pyaja, Multani Paneer,Navratan Korma, Dum Puding Aloo, Melange of Verdureve, Butter Chili Garlic Noodle, Veggie in chili Bean Sauce.
Service: Service quality is top notch at the grills king, it was extraordinary, and Server was extremely fast and had great knowledge of what they were serving on the table.
I have visited on first week of May on special invitation to taste and review the Grills king, but I am astonished to see that Restro was houseful even on weekday.
